I have had the opportunity to work with Lodi Councilwoman JoAnne Mounce for the past two years. She has a passion for service and for keeping the citizens, especially children and elderly safe in their homes and on our streets.

Living on the Eastside, she continues to be a voice for those living there, and her influence is strong in keeping up the quality of life and safety of the area.

Passing the budget entails teamwork with city employees and staff working together, and her experience in business brings an understanding of economic growth, expanding small businesses and supporting agriculture along with balance and continuity.

JoAnne has always had a vision for giving back to the community. She loves the people of Lodi and will continue to fight for you during these turbulent economic times. We should return her to the Lodi City Council.
