Shared humanity is a much stronger bond

Just past the story on racial prison riots, it was such a lift to see that St. John's had invited Sikhs and Muslims to the installation of its new priest.

Do you suppose that, by meeting and talking together, we might discover that our differences are interesting, and our shared humanity a far stronger bond than anything that separates us?
