Thursday, May 16 at 5:30 p.m. marks the fifth annual Ladies Night Out fundraiser for the Women's Center — Youth & Family Services. Through the generous support of numerous local vendors, we've been able to raise $15,000 for the center to date. Guests will enjoy a variety of spa services including massage, hair, make-up, skin care, spray tans, nails and much more.

Touch of Mesquite and Papapavlo's are catering, Oakridge Winery will be pouring and there will be raffle prizes and a silent auction. Tickets to this event make a wonderful Mother's Day gift.

We are currently in need of auction items, which are a great way to promote your business to ladies in our area.

Please go to www.classicdesignftc.com/lno, Fashion Safari or Taste of Heaven to purchase tickets or to find out more about this event. Be sure to ask about our new VIP package!

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
