Lodi Adopt-A-Child needs help. We have 1,102 children on our Christmas list and as of Sunday morning 620 of these children have been “adopted.” We still have almost 500 who have not been adopted. We have some funds to purchase gifts, but not for 500 kids.

In the past we have been able to give a bicycle to every child that has asked for one. We have requests for over 200 bicycles this year. I am realistic enough to know we are not going to be able to make those wishes come true, but optimistic enough to believe we can put something special under the tree for each child. I do not want to write “sorry” letters to any child telling them they are not invited to our Christmas party. You can help.

Please, please, please come in and pick up some angel cards or write us a check. You can pickup angel cards or leave us a check at 100 E. Pine St. We can deliver cards to you if that is easier. Call us at 333-1056.

I am not asking this for me, I am asking this for kids that are facing a bleak Christmas.

The above posts clearly violate rules 4, 6, 7, 8, & 9. Are you using new rule #10 as justification for having posted them Simon?
