In a recent interview, President Obama stated there is “not a smidgen of corruption” at the IRS. I find this statement to be incredibly false as the Internal Revenue Service, since World War II, has been enforcing the so-called “income tax” solely based upon a coercion of fear thrust upon innocent citizens and residents to volunteer — or else!

That is right, there is no law, rule or regulation anywhere in the United States Code that gives the IRS authority to confiscate businesses, homes, boats, bank accounts, etc. from citizens or residents with source income derived from within the several States of the Union. In fact the only legitimate subjects of the withholding laws as written and published are directed only at nonresident aliens and foreign corporations.

The federal agency IRS does have authority to enforce the revenue laws of a citizen or resident who chooses to apply for a permit to engage in any federal regulated activity under the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm laws. As a matter of fact, this corrupt federal agency uses the BATF laws to enforce the income tax upon innocent citizens. The laws this agency uses may be from Title 26, the Internal Revenue Code, but anyone who takes the time to check finds the implementing regulations are always subject to federally regulated activities under the BATF. These are the facts, folks!
