Do those on the city council represent the people of the city of Lodi, or do they represent real estate developers and their business, or builder, developers and contractors, or themselves?

Currently those on fixed income, retired, those on pensions, disabled and some disabled war vets have had no increase or income. The present political administration is printing more money. The result is the cost of food, etc. has gone up. Money value has gone down. No increase in income.

Those on the city council have pay and benefits the people of this city don’t have. The meters did not have to be put in when they were, but those on the council had a chance to tax through increase in the water and wastewater cost to the voter.

Does the council realize the people are not asking for increases? Nothing is free. Bonds used to tax those of the future. No, there is no justification in doing what has been done now and the proposed for the future.
