Behind some "do-gooders'" faces lies a hypocrite. Mr. Johnson, an attorney from Sacramento, terrorizes our hard-working small business people with his immoral use of his legal powers — his fundraising activities for himself by suing those he accuses of being out of compliance with the ADA rules. It is reported by the Sacramento Bee that he is his only client. Well-known for what he does, he is a wheelchair resident and an attorney — an officer of the court.

Apparently his client — himself — is employed by suing small businesses for being out of compliance. The Legal Bar Association, local and state judges, the justice system and other regulatory commissions are aware of his activities but lack any appropriate actions to investigate his activities.

His record of extremely excessive lawsuits is evidence enough for an investigation into his sworn ethical legal oaths of integrity and legal practices, if there are any. His lifestyle of terrorizing legitimate businesses and vile behavior of legal ransom under the guise of enforcing disability regulations is disturbing, if not chilling. He displays greed and opportunity similar to the fox who kills the sheep.

Shame on him and others who practice the same game on the taxpayers. We pay for disability compensation.
