PFC. Travis Krebs, formerly of Galt, is now serving with the United States Army in Iraq.

He is the son of Marshall Krebs formerly of Galt now living in Wisconsin. Travis is also the grandson of Marjorie Rideout of Galt.

Travis entered the Army in Wisconsin and went to Fort Benning, Ga. for his basic training. After completing basic training, Travis transferred to Fort Campbell in Kentucky, where he trained in Special Services as a First Responder. PFC. Krebs shipped out of Fort Campbell, Ky. for his tour of duty in Iraq.

Family members traveled from as far a Wisconsin and California to see PFC. Krebs off at Fort Campbell.

Travis attended both Galt Elementary School and Galt High School and he would enjoy hearing from his friends from home. His address is: Krebs, Travis PFC.; FSC 1-187-IN 3rd BCT 101 ABN DIV,: FOB Striker, Iraq APO AE 09344.
