Tree Lodi, Inc. thanks the Lodi News-Sentinel for the excellent photo coverage of our tree-planting event at Lodi Lake on Saturday, Nov. 25. This three was a Tree Lodi memorial project.

One correction I would like to make in the accompanying write-up is that we, along with city staff, will be planting the 100th Centennial tree, not our 100th tree, on Dec. 6 at Hutchins Street Square.

We planted the first of the 100 trees in February in front of Carnegie Hall but cannot take credit for 100 trees, as we have only assisted at the planting of others during the year, along with volunteers from many local organizations.
