Letter: Are the people really better off?

This is in response to the letter, "The people are better off because of Obama," written by Joe Cox on July 22. Not to detract from his views, but the question should be, "Where has he been?" Does he read and/or listen to many sources describing the many scandals that can be ascribed to Obama? Let me list a few:

Not to detract from his views, but the question should be, “Where has he been?” Does he read and/or listen to many sources describing the many scandals that can be ascribed to Obama? Let me list a few:

  • Fast and Furious
  • Benghazi
  • IRS
  • Flagrant violations of the law and the Constitution
  • Fundraising over 400 times while problems exist
  • Golf over 180 times

Where was he during the current crises in Russia and Israel? Think about it.

Schmidt, You suggest leaving the governance of our nation to those who can, got any ideas. As I recall Barry is the President of the US and is in trouble all the way up to those ears of his. He knows he can`t sent troops into Gaza or Israel, now Obama-care is a mess along with a dozen others. We will leave the Benghazi mess to Rodham Clinton to clean up, since she is leading the horse race to be the next President, she is working on answers as I type.

Chuckle.... the very mention of Benghazi tends to discredit Mr Baker. We are in a protracted and bloody war. In war, people die. If the Republicans can't handle that fact, perhaps they should leave the governance of our nation to those who can.

Baker: Your post asked, where was Barry when Russia, Israel and Gaza were into a head long war with the killings of many on both sides. Answer, why very simple, you might have seen Air Force 1 parked at SFO over night while Barry was at a campaign fund raiser for the Demo party. He stayed with a billion aire of course. For $22 thousand dollars you can get a pic taken with Barry and dinner, for a measly $2,000 you can get your foot in the door. Next day it begins again with Air Force 1 flying to LAX for a fund raiser, this time with the billion aires, since LA is where the big money lives. Of course a round of gold might have been tossed in, along with a beer. Evidently he can`t be bothered with anything that is happening in the Middle East. Pity. 2 1/2 to go. [sad]
