I pride myself in being born in the USA and a patriot also.

Why not? Hey. I take issue with all the political attention to Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and all the other places that should be left all well alone.

I say there are other places our president should take need of along with all the other so-called representatives who are supposed to be taking care of things in the nation's business — and it's not all on Wall Street, hey?

Shouldn't they be focusing on other things, such as the United States? Get your noses out of China, Taiwan, Iran, Iraq, India, Russia, the Ukraine, etc. and go to work here to fix what needs fixin', hey? Hey? Hey, there's plenty to do here.

I will once again say we don't need any more flag-draped coffins coming home from you-know-where!

Mr. Johnson: I certainly agree with you that there is plenty to do here in the US and we definitely do NOT want any more "flag-draped coffins coming home" from anywhere! With that said, and true that it is, we must remember that foreign affairs is an important part of running the country. And this war was started long ago and the current administration needs to deal with it, unfortunately. At this point do you really think we can just pull out tomorrow and say "see ya".

I agree. Our attention, our money and ultimately our citizens lives could be better spent at home. We have enough problems without going and looking for more.I support our troops, but not our leaders. No more empty promises and false deadlines. Bring the troops home today.
