In the fall of 2008, Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation decided to create a new form of community outreach by offering scholarships to help students and individuals pursue their dreams of higher education. A scholarship committee was established and scholarship fund created.

The response has been overwhelming, not only in the number of applicants every year, but the extraordinary caliber of applicants. These high-achieving individuals volunteer their time and energy to their communities and churches, they are involved in athletics, clubs and school activities, and many hold down jobs. They do all this while maintaining the highest of grade-point averages. It is our honor and privilege to award the following worthy recipients 2014 LMH Foundation Scholarships:

  • Alexa Abdallah
  • Kaitlyn Baptista
  • Andrew Barnes
  • Christopher Flores
  • Kelsey Kieffer
  • Mellissa Lear
  • Nieves Ramirez
  • Emily Schneider
  • Emily Yamane

We congratulate all the LMH Foundation applicants on their remarkable accomplishments and wish them continued success.

Jan Chandler, Mike Georguson, Carolyn Hoff, Donna Schulz and Nancy Watts
