New North San Joaquin Water Conservation District president needs to apologize

As I was reading Sara Jane Pohlman’s interview with the new president of the North San Joaquin Water Conservation District, Joe Petersen, my thoughts were we have someone who really is focused on restoring the groundwater to benefit farmers and city people.

In reading further into the interview, I soon came to the conclusion that Mr. Petersen has an ego bigger than his head and owes the past president an open apology by referring to him as a “rat!” This is a slanderous comment to a man trying to do his best.

May I suggest Mr. Petersen read one of Dale Carnegie’s books before appearing and presenting his agenda in Sacramento to the State Water Resources Control Board?
