American Steel Car Club will continue with show
Recently the Downtown Lodi Business Partnership disbanded, and they partnered with our car show. We want to let everyone know The American Steel Car Club will continue to have our classic car show on School Street.
This year we are having it on Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. — the first Saturday in August. The public is invited to come and look at the beautiful pre-1972 vehicles. We also have a large raffle with a lot of local prizes donated by our wonderful Lodi and Stockton businesses.
Anyone wishing to enter their car, please contact Jim Hetrick, president, at 209-931-4650, and he will send you an entry form. The show is open to all pre-1972 vehicles.
We are also looking for new members for our club. We meet the fourth Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Moose Lodge on Woodbridge Road, west of Highway 99. You can contact Jim Hetrick for information on joining our club.
