  That could be true Mr Lucas ( about soldiers)...but after reading many liberal posts as well as observing Obama in action, I definitely know when I see a buffoon.

  If I were a soldier, and we had a community organizer in charge, I would resign my position immediately as I would have no faith or confidence that the American people had my back electing such an incompetent buffoon.

The guy who when it was his turn to put on a uniform and fight in a war he supported pranced his precious self off to France to be a missionary. The guy who said he would not go into Pakistan to get Ben Laden. Or would you go with the guy who said to heck with it and got Ben Laden and those African sea pirates and terrorists with drones? It is like being with someone in a bar. Obama would be there if there is trouble. Romney the liar and George Bush would be out the back door leaving you to deal with what happens by yourself. They are Conservative Republicans after all.

  Joanne: It's because only right wing extremists and their step-brothers, conspiracy theorists have all the information! They always have all the information none of the normal people have.

  Based on what I've read hear by the local contributing RWE/CT, the RWE/CT folks must have had someone watching this whole episode unfold, from beginning to end, including the sexual assult of our Ambassador. Oh, and they had access to encrypted communication devices only the government is supposed to have access to, so they know who said what to whom and where on the timeline it was said.

  So all of our people are dead, and yet we know, from RWE/CT that now, targets had been lased and F 16s were in the area ready to attack and...and.... the SEALs were told to stand down. Or maybe it was an AC 130. Or a B-2. And if they were actual SEALs, (not the protection detail SEALs) why were they there?

  Like any conspiracy, this one has many legs and arms, all of which seem to contradict each other or are in some other way impossible (for normal people, unbelievable) to have occurred based on their narrative.

  And let us not forget, there were SEALs guarding the ambassador, or were they hired by a contractor to the US government and were former SEALs? Always SEALs, never any other special operations groups from the Air Force, Marines, or Army.

  We are fortunate to live in a country where even the oddest people are able to thrive in their own unique community, free from all the worldly bonds that hold us here such as logic and it's step-sister, truth.

  We must prepare ourselves for the surge that is coming. The volumes of information that can only be uncovered by some guy who rotates tires for a living interacting with an obese shut in whose only connection to the world outside his bedroom in his parent's house is a computer and a modem.

  Obama has maintained that he ordered security aid to the trapped Americans. However, it now appears that Sec. Panetta never carried out those orders. Either the commander-in-chief lied about his response to the incident or the secretary of defense disobeyed a presidential order. You can bet one thing for sure, he will absolve himself of any blame about this just as he has about everything else that goes bad under his watch.
  I am going with (true to his nature), Obama lied.

  Washington Post, yeah, they are as unbiased as CNN, Chris Matthews, Rachel MadCow and other liberal MIS-information outlets. The truth is out there, check out the Canadian Free Press. Non-Biased with no vested interest which way the elections turn out AND, not controlled by the LIBERAl: propaganda machine.

  Robert the Washington post has a story that reads much different than your version. The CIA says that they did not tell anyone to stand down and that a short delay, of about twenty minutes, did take place while the US tried to coordinate with Libya military.

  Further Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff said it is absolutely inaccurate that Ham was fired over the Benghazi incident. Besides if the Glenn Beck version of the story is correct wouldn’t Ham be guilty of refusing a direct order and shouldn’t our military Generals be expected to obey the Commander in Chief.

  He's never BEEN in the military and could not possible know what the relationship between a military person and the Commander in Chief might be.

  I agree that Powell will vote for Obama...
  Powell is not in the military now and is a politician now...that is a "political "decision he made.

  When I said I could not imagine a military person supporting Obama, there are exceptions. If politics instead of merit is the reason, I can imagine it.

  Hmmmm.... says a lot about its truth.

  Also, a co-worker told me he received an email forwarded from his brother regarding this...typical email hoax no doubt.

  After being told to "stand down", General Ham took it upon himself to attempt to rescue the Americans that were pleading for help and eventually murdered in Benghazi. His reward for trying to keep Americans from being murdered? Relieved of his command and replaced by a General that will do as Obama says.Something stinks about this whole fiasco and the stench is emanating from the Oval Office.

  Barack Obama replaced General Carter Ham at Africom after the general made a move to help the US security officials at the Benghazi consulate and annex. Ham was replaced by Gen. David Rodriquez on October 18.

  I think Four Star General Colin Powell is going to vote for Obama, Powells reason for this are, in regards to foreign policy, Powell said he saw "the president get us out of one war, start to get us out of a second war and did not get us into any new wars. And finally I think that the actions he has taken with respect to protecting us from terrorism have been very very solid. And so, I think we ought to keep on the track that we are on."
  Try to get your head around that.

  I appreciate this heart felt letter from someone with military experience and history.

  I cannot imagine how anyone serving our country or has served America in a branch of the military could possibly vote for Obama after he revealed his lack of concern for the safety of our representatives in Benghazi.

  To fly off to Vegas for money instead of managing the affairs of Americans in danger is unforgivable and demonstrates Obama is not fit to be Commander-in-Chief.

  In fact, Bill states we should vote for a New Commander in Chief, but I think he got that wrong. Obama is not more than a second rate community organizer. The people of America should vote for “a” commander in Chief that respects people in the military as Romney does.
