Editor: Thank you, Sara Blicharz, for your letter entitled “McNerney Deceived about Obamacare.”

I still have trouble processing how so many people have been so misinformed about the claims of Obamacare. The left-sided liberals use their platforms (newspapers, television, radio, internet, and fame; status in the music industry’s and Hollywood, etc.) to influence and persuade uninformed people regarding our unhealthy health care program and a host of other issues.

I cannot and will not be watching Hollywood award shows because of negative, politically-laced rants from liberals who think they can persuade Americans to their way of thinking because of their Hollywood or other elevated financial status. Meryl Streep, Stephen Colbert, Tom Ford, and a host of others, have plummeted to the lowest rung of celebrities whom I have admired throughout the years, because of taking advantage of their platform to create yet more negative attacks on our country’s leader.

But enough of this. Let’s segue to a more positive note. Whenever I see Wade Heath’s name pop up in the “Opinion” section, I smile, mentally clap my hands, and anticipate a sincere, heartfelt, and phenomenal read. I’ve been a fan of Wade’s for many years and feel he’s nothing short of an intelligent, caring, and true-blue American! He is positive, and his commentaries always remind me how blessed we are to live in our country. I love his allegiance and respect for our country. I love his positive outlook on the good things in life! I love that he inspires me to be a better human, even though I am probably 31⁄2 decades older then he is! I enjoyed both Sara and Wade’s articles this week. Mr. Heath, don’t you ever stop writing!! You are a breath of fresh air in this pollen-infested valley!

And thank you, Ms. Blicharz, for sharing your thoughts. Unfortunately, too often, we’re just preaching to the choir.
