America is blamed for terrorist attacks

History again repeats itself.

Dec. 7, 1941 - Japan bombs Pearl Harbor. President Roosevelt called it a "sneak attack."

In reality, his regime provoked Japan with its flawed foreign policy. One week prior, U.S. Intelligence knew Japan was going to strike.

Roosevelt did nothing to stop it and 2,500 military personnel were sacrificed so he could have his war and needed war economy.

Sept. 11, 2001 - The attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon was done by militant crazies. The FBI (Forever Bumbling Idiots), the cesspool of law enforcement, knew for years that militants were here to do harm since the WTC was first bombed in 1993. It did nothing.

Why?

Because, like Pearl Harbor, it wasn't in the government's best interest to stop this carnage.

The present economy has stagnated and the military industrial complex has suffered economically since the Soviet Union was trashed. With no real enemy to warrant big defense spending, our government, through its unfair foreign policy in the Middle East, helped create many new enemies.

The carnage in September happened because George Bush the Elder, the Hick who followed him and now Young George (Dummy Son), did everything to provoke the Muslim nations through terror bombing on civilian targets to repressive sanctions which fueled militant fervor that created many terrorist organizations and deranged individuals like Osama bin Laden.

These three presidents historically will share the blame that cost over 6,000 people their lives Sept. 11.

Meanwhile, Young George is fanning the fires of nationalism, creating a new form of nauseous patriotism, forcing us to give up our liberties, asking young men and women in the military to sacrifice their lives at the alter of war for the glory of his administration, and more wealth for the military industrial complex - all in the name of government's version of liberty, justice and, in the end, misery for all.

These facts mentioned, as harsh as they may seem, are irrefutable. Research them, know them or continue to exist in your false patriotic dream world.

So, now there is a "double standard", one for public figures and one for the average citizen? More liberal hogwash.

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
