Larson Elementary School held its fifth annual Jog-A-Thon fundraiser on May 10. The students did a wonderful job and raised over $15,000. The funds raised will be used for various school supplies, activities and study trips.

The students and staff looked great wearing T-shirts designed by Katie Love (a sixth-grader) for everyone to run in. The shirts were generously donated by Acosta Construction Inc.

We have many other businesses to thank for their support in making this event such a success: Artistic Stone Works, Bertetta Tanklines, Bobby J’s 911 BBQ Rub, C & I Express Delivery, Central Valley Sewer, Clearview Window Washing Service, Costco of Lodi, Covey Auto Express, Creative Memories, Duck Island RV Park, Home Depot of Lodi, Lowe’s-Lodi, Miller Packing Company, Mokelumne Federal Credit Union, Nicholas & Robison CPA’s, R & D Enterprises, Raley’s of Lodi, Rick’s Pizza, Run With It Legal Support, Ryan Benton Photography, Safeway of Lodi, Sanguinetti & Co. Insurance Brokers, Staples of Lodi, Target of Lodi, The Soccer Life, Tokay Shell, Visible Changes, and Walmart.

We also would like to thank our Larson staff, students, parents, family members and PTA for their kindness, extraordinary effort and, more importantly, their time, to make this such a successful event.
