    -Frankly,

The City of Lodi may not realize how many people they are denying a trip to the Farmers Market.. Or, are service dogs an exception?

Great column Joe. I don't think I would go as far as banning strollers at the Farmers Market. But I do get your point.

And I might add. The issue of those who need a dog to assist them has never been raised as far as I know. It's not only the blind who have dogs to assist them. That being said. Perhaps the City of Lodi should re-think their position on dogs at the Farmers Market.

Yes...beautiful, lithe Lily, the black lab with the neon orange collar.

A rolled up newspaper cleverly hidden under a jacket.

A furtive look around to make sure no one was watching.

Don't dig in the park Lily. Please, please don't dig.

    Newspaper justice delivered.
