Committal for Joyce Roche, 88, of Galt, who died June 16, will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Galt Cemetery.

A memorial service will follow at 10 a.m. at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 604 E St., Galt.

Charles Greenwood

A memorial service for Charles F. Greenwood will be held at 10 a.m. today at Herald Park.

Clarence Yamada

A memorial service for Clarence Takeshi Yamada, 97, of Stockton, who died May 29, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Stockton Buddhist Temple, 2820 Shimizu Drive, Stockton.

James Pearce

A celebration of the life of James Whitney Pearce, 81, of Renton, Wash., who died May 18, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Salvation Army Lodi Corps, 525 W. Lockeford St., Lodi.

Russell Smith

A celebration of the life of Russell Barrett Smith, 53, of San Francisco and formerly of Lodi, who died May 12, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Burlingame Lions Club, 990 Burlingame Ave., Burlingame.

Interment will be private.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Chapel in the Palms, 303 S. California St., Stockton.

Brenda Kosaka

A memorial service for Brenda Linda Daclan Kosaka, 72, of Lodi, who died June 17, will be held at 11 a.m. July 12 at Lodi Buddhist Church, 23 N. Stockton St., Lodi.
