Committal will follow at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery. A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmont Ave., Lodi. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

A memorial service for Jerry Dean Cook, 74, of Lodi, who died March 11, will be held at 11 a.m. at the Faith Community Church of the Nazarene, 18621 N. Highway 99, Acampo. A potluck will immediately follow.
