Pacita Henson
Pacita A. Henson, 65, of Galt, died Feb. 7. She was born in the
Philippines on May 3, 1944.
Mrs. Henson worked at Galt Concillio as an interpreter and a
counselor, and was also a social worker for Weave. She was a member
of the Galt Seventh-day Adventist Church and enjoyed gardening and
crocheting.
She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Fernandez, Cordelia
Hernandez, Sherl Gamio and Marietta Henson; sons, Lance Henson and
Brent Henson; sister, Sally Rodarte; brothers, Bernie Ado and
Reynaldo Ado; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Galt
Seventh-day Adventist Church, with Pastor Jim Witcombe officiating.
Committal will follow at Galt Cemetery. Visitation will be held at
Ben Salas Funeral Home Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ben Salas Funeral Home is assisting the family with
arrangements.
