Edelmira Valencia de Ochoa, 61, of Lodi, died on April 5. She was born on Sept. 19, 1949 in Mexico.
Mrs. Ochoa was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Hugo Hector Ochoa, of Galt, Ernesto Ochoa, of Stockton, Fernando Ochoa, of Lodi, Conrado Ochoa, of Mexico, and Nelson Jesus Ochoa, of Lodi; daughters, Alma Delia Ochoa, of Lodi, Deborah Ochoa, of Sacramento, and Elizabeth Ochoa, of Lodi; 19 siblings; and 18 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hector Ochoa Diaz; and son, Gabriel Ochoa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, with committal to follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.
Friends are invited to visit on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
