Hilma “Jackie” Jackson, 87, of Lodi, died Nov. 29. She was born May 28, 1926, in Fredonia, N.D.

Mrs. Jackson worked at the Royal Cafe as a waitress. She enjoyed playing bingo, knitting and crocheting, tending to her many flowers and plants, and spending time with her granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Jackson: daughters, Shirley Young of Nevada and Sandra Waxon of Minnesota; son, Paul Jackson of Lodi; sister, Adeline Muller of Lodi; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Myron and Lloyd Janke.

A private memorial service will be held Friday.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to; American Legion Post 22, P.O. Box 521, Lodi CA 95241.

Rocha’s All Faiths Cremation & Burial is assisting the family with the arrangements.
