Raquel L. Garcia, 64, of Lodi, died July 3 in Lodi. She was born Jan. 9, 1943, in Matamoras, Campeche, Mexico.

Mrs. Garcia lived in Hanford as a child, in Sutter for 32 years and Visalia for three years before moving to Lodi in 2002.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed homecrafts and bowling.

She is survived by her husband, Peter A Garcia Sr., of Lodi; son, Peter A. Garcia Jr., of Yuba City; daughters, Rachel Hall, of Wallace, and Gina R. Bunch, of Merced; brothers, Saul, Rudy and Sammy Leal, all of Hanford; sisters, Angie Delgado and Lydia Sumaya, both of Fresno; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Whitehurst McNamara funeral, 100 Bush St., Hanford, with Pastor Ron Payne officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Hanford.
