STANLEY SWINGLE

A memorial service for Stanley Lee Swingle, 69, of Galt, who died Nov. 12, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel at Donahue Funeral Home, 123 N. School St., Lodi. Committal will be private and there will be no visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.

DALE PROHASKA

A memorial service for Dale Clifford Prohaska, 88, of Lodi, who died Nov. 9, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Temple Baptist Church, 801 S. Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi, with Pastor Perry Kallis officiating. Committal is private and there will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Temple Baptist Church Children and Youth Center, or to Gideon International.

MARCELLA KRAUSE

A memorial service for Marcella Krause, 89, of Westland, Mich., who died Nov. 9, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, 267 N. Mills Ave., Lodi. Committal will be private and there will be no visitation.

A funeral for Chloie Frances Carey, 86, of Lodi, who died Nov. 9, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the English Oaks Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1260 W. Century Blvd., Lodi, with Pastors Brent Brusett and Wayne Young officiating. Interment will be held at Cherokee Memorial Park, Highway 99 at E. Harney Lane, Lodi. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmont Ave.

GERALD 'JERRY' TANAKA

A memorial service for Gerald "Jerry" Tanaka, 71, who died Nov. 3, will be held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 26 at the Lodi Buddhist Church, 23 N. Stockton St.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association Orange County Chapter at www.alsaoc.org; or to UCSF School of Pharmacy at makeagift.ucsf.edu/pharmacy.
