A celebration of the life of Earnest Lee Shanks Jr., 66, of Woodbridge, who died May 20, will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at 595 E. Augusta St., Woodbridge.

June Hoover

A celebration of the life of June K. Hoover, 83, of Lodi, who died May 13, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at United Congregational Christian Church, 701 S. Hutchins St. in Lodi, with Pastor Derril Peabody officiating.

Aurora ‘Rory’ Delgado

A memorial service for Aurora “Rory” Delgado, 70, of Lodi, who died May 19, will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Bethel Church, 780 S. Ham Lane, Lodi. A reception will immediately follow the service.

Per Rory’s request, guests are encouraged to wear white, light, bright and cheerful attire as a celebration for her life.

David Borth

A celebration of the life of David A. Borth, 74, of Lodi, who died March 23, will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday in the Kiwanis area at Lodi Lake Park.

Willadean Redfearn

A memorial service for Willadean Turner Redfearn, 90, who died June 2, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, 3535 El Dorado St., Stockton.

Committal will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Monday at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmont Ave., Lodi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Christian School, located at 3535 El Dorado St., Stockton, Ca 95204.

Betty Loduca

A memorial service for Betty Jean Herring Loduca, 78, of Lodi, who died May 25, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 215 W. Walnut St., Lodi.

Committal will follow at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E. Harding Way, Stockton. A reception will follow committal at 11199 N. Highway 99, Lodi.

As a tribute, rose trees may be sent to the Loduca home, where a rose garden will be established in Betty’s honor.

David Mende

A celebration of the life of David Theodore Mende, 74, of Lodi, who died June 3, will be held at 2 p.m. June 14 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 701 S. Pleasant Ave., Lodi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran church, 701 S. Pleasant Ave., Lodi, Ca 95240; or the Salvation Army.
