Thomas Earl Spencer, 84, of Galt, died April 22. He was born June 24,1928 in Afton, Okla.

Mr. Spencer was a general contractor who built church buildings for the Church of Christ. He served many years as a minister in the Eastside Church of Christ in Stockton.

He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie L. Fassler of Galt; brother, Ed Spencer of Oklahoma; sister, Ruth Krumlei of Holland; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Spencer; and brothers, Jim and Vernon Spencer.

A memorial service wil be hold at 1 p.m. Friday at at Eastside Church of Christ, 3880 E. Fremont St., Stockton. Committal will be private.

Lodi All Faiths Cremation assisted the family with arrangements.
