Robert F. Van Dusen, 89, of Lodi, died Feb. 11. He was born Jan. 16, 1924 in Sherburne, N.Y.

Mr. Van Dusen served in World War II in the U.S. Army. Following his discharge, he was employed by the U.S. Government Supply Service. He enjoyed target shooting, woodcrafts and making toy trains.

He is survived by his friend and caregiver, Lorrie Oster of Lodi.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances P. (Marino) Van Dusen.

Funeral services and interment will be held in Rome, N.Y.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA 95204.

Donahue Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
