Patricia Joann Carlile, 74, of Waynesboro, Tenn. and formerly of Galt, died March 2. She was born Patricia Joann Williams on Feb. 24, 1939 in Pasadena.

Mrs. Carlile worked for Little Star Market and Alice's Restaurant. She was a member of Waynesboro Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Clyde Carlile of Waynesboro, Tenn.; sons, Robert and Shawn Williamson, both of Waynesboro, Tenn., Richard Williamson of Valley Springs, and Mike Williamson of Lathrop; daughters, Cindy Maples of Waynesboro, Tenn., Naiome Grisson of Oakdale, Fonda Sutton of Wallace and Lona Ness of Walnut Creek; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mark WIlliamson; brothers, Robert and Richard Williams.

A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. May 18 at Galt Community Park, 1000 W. Walnut Ave. in Galt, with Carol Pressler officiating. A barbecue will be held by the family; they'll provide meat and drinks and ask that guests bring side dishes.

Shackelford Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
