Amy Elizabeth Lucas-Farnsworth, 99, of Lodi, died April 7. She was born on Aug. 19, 1913 in San Francisco.

Mrs. Lucas-Farnsworth was a homemaker and member of Grace Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her sons, Stanley Howard Lucas, Jim and Fred Farnsworth.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. May 11 at Grace Presbyterian Church, 10 N. Mills Ave., Lodi with the Rev. Dr. David S. Hill officiating.

There will be no visitation. Entombment is private at the Lodi Memorial Cemetery, Devotion Mausoleum.

Donahue Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

    Amy is my great grandmother. She was a very special person to me, as we shared the same birthday. She was an amazing women and I wish I would've had more time with her. She was very close with my grandfather Fredie Farnsworth and we'll all miss her very much. I'm sure she's thrilled to be with Great Grandpa Therlow and her Daughter Linda. Rest In Peace Grandma Amy. Love you lots!
