Illora J. Morris, 74, of Galt, died March 8. She was born July 6, 1939, in San Jose.

Mrs. Morris was a homemaker. She was a lifelong resident of Galt and a member of First Baptist Church of Galt. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her brother, Ron Lee of Reno; daughter, Sandy Rooke of Fair Oaks; son, Jeff Fox of Galt; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service for inurnment will be held at 11 a.m. March 22 at Galt Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice House of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA 95204.

Ben Salas Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
