Rae Whitby-Brummer, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Lodi, was elected governor-elect of the Cal-Nev-Ha District of Kiwanis. Her one-year term will begin in October and she will become governor of the Cal-Nev-Ha District in October 2013.

Whitby-Brummer joined the Kiwanis Club of Greater Lodi in 1995 and, since that time, has won numerous club, division and district awards. She is married to John Brummer and is currently employed as controller by Meehleis Modular Buildings, Inc.

Kiwanis International is a global organization of members of every age who are dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time.  As governor-elect, Whitby-Brummer will help to administer Kiwanis organizations in the states of California, Nevada and Hawaii. With more than 15,000 Kiwanis members, the Cal-Nev-Ha District is the biggest in Kiwanis International. Its clubs and members contribute in excess of $5,300,000 and 850,000 volunteer service hours to their communities each year.
