The Lodi Memorial Hospital Mission Auxiliary will celebrate 60 years of its Valentine luncheon on Monday. The event, which brings in over 200 women each year, will include a salad luncheon, desserts, a raffle featuring themed baskets and a silent auction.
The goal of the auxiliary is to raise funds for the hospital to purchase equipment and supplies for special units within the hospital, such as a newborn hearing center, infant ventilator and an AcuDose for the pediatric nursery.
Gina Hesseltine, sponsorship chairwoman of the LMH Auxiliary, hopes people will come celebrate the auxiliary’s 60th anniversary while having a good time.
The luncheon will be held from noon to 4 p.m. at St. Joachim’s Catholic Church in Lockeford. Doors will open at 11 a.m. Tickets are $25 each or $50 for a table sponsorship. To purchase tickets, call 209-763-5527.
