Joanne McReynolds was recently installed as president of the Lodi Rotary Club following the Rotary International Convention in Sydney, Australia. The four-day event, which drew to a close on June 4th, attracted more than 18,000 attendees from 153 countries.

She begins her year of service to her local Rotary Club ready to do more to improve the lives of others through community service. McReynolds says the Rotary International president said, "Together, we can dream big and we can achieve. We can change whole communities for the better, not for a day but for a lifetime.”

McReynolds will be serving as president of the Lodi Rotary Club for 2014-15. McReynolds grew up in Siskiyou County in northern California and attended college at Umpqua Community College and the University of Oregon. She is the executive director for Arbor Senior Living in Lodi. McReynolds began her career in Rotary with a club in Roseburg, Ore, in 2002-06 and then in Stockton from 2006-08 before transferring to the Lodi Club. She is also a Paul Harris Fellow. She is looking forward to “Lighting Up Rotary” during her term as president of the Lodi Rotary Club.
