Lodi Elks raises funds for Lodi High School girls basketball

The Lodi Elks Lodge No. 1900 donated the use of their lodge facilities on Nov. 10 to help raise funds for uniforms for the Lodi High School girl’s basketball team.
Billy Bird, Elk member, helped organize the event. Other Lodge members who volunteered to cook and set up were Norman Gaskell, Nuel and Suzanne Henderson, Mike Dugan, Nancy Politano and Mel Mayer.
The students did a wonderful job acquiring and organizing the raffle items donated from various businesses and family members.
