On Jan. 7, DaVita Tokay Dialysis presented Lodi House with a $1,000 check as part of the DaVita Way of Giving, the company’s local charitable giving initiative, which is distributing more than $1 million to help nonprofit organizations throughout the United States grow and thrive.

Lodi House is a nonprofit organization that was established to provide shelter for homeless women and children. In addition to the shelter, Lodi House provides food, advocacy, counseling and numerous workshops on a wide variety of topics. The organization serves women and children in the community that have been displaced from their homes and need a second chance.
