The Lodi Community Band elected four of its members to new terms on its governing board at a recent board meeting. Elected to three year terms to serve from January 2009 to December 2011 are Bob Clemons, Carol Marvel, Jeff Henderson and Jerry Lewis. All are long-serving band members.

The Lodi Community Band is an all-volunteer organization offering free concerts throughout the year for Lodi and neighboring communities. Participation in the band is open to musicians of all ages and interested musicians are encouraged to inquire about joining. Rehearsal sessions are held on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. at Tokay High School. For further information, contact Ron Rader at 368-0612.
