Kiwanis Club of Greater Lodi presented $1,000 scholarships to six students at the morning meeting on June 6. Students in attendance at that Thursday meeting from Tokay High School were Andrew Campbell, Ashlen Paustenbach, Manjot Batth, Meera Solanki and from Lodi High School, Andrew Powaser and Joseph Vanderlans. Other recipients not in attendants from Lodi High were Morgan Walding, Maria Sahli and Kevin Ziemann.

Kiwanis Club of Greater Lodi has given Scholarships to College bound students for over 40 years. Funds are raised through their annual Fourth of July Pancake Breakfast at Lodi Lake, annual crab feed held at Hutchins Street Square in January of each year and the Kiwanis Golf Tournament held annually at Woodbridge Golf & Country Club.
