Rotary District 5220 Governor Marvin Williamson visited the Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club on wednesday, August 15th and presented his "Rotary Energizer" award to Tom McCauley.

Tom, a charter member of the Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club, has long been an energetic member of the club while serving the Lodi community.  He helped start the club on June 16th, 1987 and has remained an active member since.

Tom sponsored all three new club members in 2013, is an 8-time Paul Harris Fellow, and his energy and enthusiasm towards Rotary International is a big part of why the Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club is know as "the best darned Rotary Club in Lodi"!

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
