A Lodi winery owner is contesting a ruling by the San Joaquin County Board Of Supervisors to tear down an amphitheater built without permits. Are the permitting rules too strict in this area?

    Stan, I love our country. I am a Vietnam Vet. I actually love our country MORE that I love my political party. I am a Republican who HATES the Tea Party. If lovin my country more than my political party makes me a RINO in your eyes then I welcome that label.

    As for family values, seriously Stan, is that something you want to address here?
