Shame, shame, shame! After highschool & the army I thought it would be nice to take my two daughters to lodI lake to cool off and swim.We drove from modesto and first thing we noticed is where is everyone? The next thing we know is the geese have tak. Over the park and their was crap everywhere!!! The beach area was atrocious?I would not let my girls swim let alone take their shoes off! When I complained I was told I was a city problem and would not be afforded a refund? $21.00 "lesson" minus gas.......we will not be back! And in the future if anyone ask where I grew up I will respond lodi bird toilet :(where are the volunteer groups, why not use those in jail to do a sweep in the a.m.? I am not surethis is the letter to editor comment page but I would love to have this published and a response from city council?
