Disturbance: 8:47 a.m. — A white female transient was yelling obscenities in front of a business on the 200 block of North Cherokee Lane.
Vandalism: 9:17 a.m. — A street light was vandalized on the 500 block of Harold Street.
Failed theft: 10:45 a.m. — A panel was tampered with at a business on the 0 block of South Sacramento Street. The caller said they believed it was an attempt at a copper theft.
Headed to Taco Bell?: 10:49 a.m. — A chihuahua was running near the 1400 block of Sherry Court.
Animal call: 11:29 a.m. — A parrot was locked in a vehicle on the 2300 block of West Kettleman Lane.
Vehicle violation: 6:51 p.m. — A gate on the 300 block of East Oak Street was blocked by a gold Toyota Camry.
Domestic disturbance: 7:17 p.m. — A woman on the 1300 block of South Mills Avenue said her husband threatened to “shoot her in the head with a gun” if she did not take her name off the checking account.
Broken window: 9:13 p.m. — A male punched out a window on the 100 block of North School Street.
Take a ‘five’: 9:22 p.m. — A male was in his backyard singing and playing the guitar loudly on the 500 block of Tuscolana Way.
Just kill it: 9:01 a.m. — A caller was bitten by a rat on the 500 block of East Locust Street. The caller reported the rat was “in custody.”
Aggressive solicitors: 12:42 p.m. — Solicitors complaining about “the government” were harassing people on the 100 block of South School Street.
Suspicious packages: 2:20 p.m. — Two suspicious bags were found on the 200 block of West Lodi Avenue by a caller who wanted police to check it out.
Gang call: 3:41 p.m. — A group of about 20 Hispanic teenagers wearing red were chasing someone on the 500 block of East Tokay Street.
Mail theft: 4:19 p.m. — A white male adult on a bicycle stole mail from a yard on the 700 block of South Church Street.
Vehicle violation: 7:35 p.m. — Three juveniles were on minibikes on the 800 block of Woodrow Street.
Following up: 10:41 p.m. — A caller followed up with a call about underage drinking and marijuana smoking on the 800 block of Rutledge Drive.
Drunk: 12:59 a.m. — An intoxicated male was standing on the 1100 block of Devine Drive yelling at cars.
Animal call: 8:14 a.m. — A caller reported a sick bird on the 600 block of Sandpiper Circle.
Stereotypes exist for a reason: 11:18 a.m. — Juveniles were smoking pot by the skate park on the 1100 block of South Ham Lane.
Thanks for sharing: 1:51 p.m. — Loud music was coming from a black Chevrolet Blazer on the 2400 block of Eilers Lane.
It’s a celebration: 4:04 p.m. — According to second-hand information, subjects at a wedding reception on the 1100 block of West Turner Road had beer at Lodi Lake.
Disturbance: 4:51 p.m. — A male was refusing to leave a bar on the 100 block of South School Street.
Vandalism: 7:17 p.m. — A white male was spray-painting signs on the 1200 block of West Century Boulevard.
Gunshot: 9:57 p.m. — A gunshot was reported on the 600 block of South Washington Street.
Well, don’t leave them there: 10:53 p.m. — A caller on the 400 block of Almond Drive reported her keys were stolen from the lock on the front door where she left them.
Accident: 12:15 a.m. — A vehicle was “totally split in half” as the result of an accident on the 2400 block of West Kettleman Lane.
Welfare check: 10:36 a.m. — A family appeared to be “camping” on the 200 block of South Guild Avenue near the cemetery. The caller said they had children with them and wanted police to check the area.
Free bike: 2:52 p.m. — A pink Schwinn bicycle was abandoned on the 500 block of West Kettleman Lane.
Drag racing?: 6:38 p.m. — A caller reported hearing a muscle car racing up the 700 block of South Cherokee Lane.
Take your suffering elsewhere: 10:32 p.m. — A transient male was in front of a business on the 600 block of East Victor Road. The caller wanted the beggar moved elsewhere.
Bad dog: 2:21 a.m. — An aggressive dog was reported in an alley near the 300 block of Chestnut Street.
