Between the hours of 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday, the Lodi Police Department received 151 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:


Suspicious: 9:12 a.m. — Three people were on the roof of a building on the 0 block of West Pine Street.

Disturbance: 1:53 p.m. — A man was spraying someone’s car with a hose because the car was parked in “his spot” on the 1400 block of West Elm Street.

Suspicious: 8:09 p.m. — Five gunshots were heard on the 800 block of South Stockton Street.

Vehicle violation: 11:12 p.m. — Several vehicles were speeding on the 1800 block of Burgundy Drive.

Explosives: 11:19 p.m. — Someone was shooting off flare guns on the 1700 block of Camphor Way.


Disturbance: 12:34 a.m. — Someone showed up at a door with a knife in his hand wanting to call someone on the 0 block of North Lower Sacramento Road.

Vehicle theft: 5:26 a.m. — A green Dodge Dakota was stolen on the 400 block of Concord Street.
