Between the hours of 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday, The Lodi Police Department received 497 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:


9:02 a.m. — Someone reported that her power line was cut by tree trimmers on the 1100 block of Green Oaks Way.

9:21 a.m. — A man was stomping and yelling on the 800 block of West Kettleman Lane.

3:04 p.m. — A man with a pit bull was stealing pallets on the 300 block of South Cherokee Lane.

5:02 p.m. — Someone was growing three marijuana plants on the 1700 block of West Lodi Avenue.

8:32 p.m. — A juvenile was shot by a BB gun on the 300 block of Finch Road.

8:52 p.m. — A family was locked inside the nature trail area on the 1100 block of West Turner Road.

9:21 p.m. — A juvenile was chasing cars on the 400 block of Almond Road.


1:35 a.m. — A large group of people were dancing in a parking lot and refusing to leave on the 600 block of North Cherokee Lane.

7:05 a.m. — A car was parked by a fire hydrant on the 400 block of Almond Drive.

10:38 p.m. — A loud dog was barking on the 400 block of West Oak Street.

10:43 p.m. — Someone was not being allowed to watch her movie and go to bed on the 300 block of East Oak Street.


6:06 a.m. — Fireworks were going off on the 2400 block of Inglewood Drive.

10:22 a.m. — Two transients were blocking an ally and refusing to move for vehicles on the 400 block of South Cherokee Lane.

2:32 p.m. — A chunky kid stole basketball shorts on the 500 block of South Cherokee Lane.

4:47 p.m. — A man with no shirt was cussing at customers on the 0 block of East Lockeford Street.

11:44 p.m. — A woman accidentally ran over her husband’s foot on the 1500 block of Sylvan Way.


7:45 a.m. — Mariachi music was planning on the 0 block of North Washington Street
