From 8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Wednesday, the Lodi Police Department received 720 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:

Friday

Pay up or shut up: 10:39 a.m. — A customer was refusing to pay and to leave on the 100 block of North Cherokee Lane.

Show me the money: 10:39 a.m. — A male transient was seen sleeping near the bank near the 500 block of South Cherokee Lane.

Ring around the rosy: 10:59 a.m. — Two juveniles who possibly had mental disabilities were seen walking around in circles on the 600 block of Carignane Court.

The next Eric Clapton: 3:12 p.m. — A male, possibly intoxicated, was walking in the roadway carrying a guitar case on the 800 block of South Ham Lane.

Giddy-up: 4:16 p.m. — A residence having a garage sale had two wooden horses with balloons in the bike lane that was creating a traffic hazard on the 1900 block of Avalon Avenue.

Sons of anarchy: 7:19 p.m. — A young child was riding a motorbike with no helmet or lights on the 200 block of North Garfield Street.

Don’t pretend like you’re not impressed: 7:26 p.m. — A man was reported urinating out of his front door on the 200 block of North Hutchins Street.

Saturday

Hey, free stuff: 12:04 a.m. — A person was reported throwing things at a home on 500 block of Harold Street.

Freedom of expression: 12:56 a.m. — A male was yelling cuss words in an alley on the 2100 block of Gateway Circle.

Satisfy that sweet tooth: 1:00 p.m. — A white male in a blue cap was seen loitering in the candy aisle of a store on the 200 block of West Lockeford Street.

Do or do not, there is no try: 7:07 p.m. — Someone was trying to shoot BBs at the security light in the back of a building on the 1800 block of South Cherokee Lane.

Run amok: 7:22 p.m. — A group of three children were running uncontrollably around a store on the 600 block of East Kettleman Lane.

Sunday

Party on: 12:23 a.m. — Loud music and people drinking and being loud were reported on the 0 block of Spruce Street.

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere: 3:43 p.m. — A gold Toyota was seen swerving in and out of traffic, almost hitting three people, on the 800 block of South Cherokee Lane.

Sibling rivalry: 10:52 p.m. — A brother reported he was getting threatening calls from his sister on the 300 block of East Vine Street.

Monday

Naked ambition: 1:42 a.m. — A man was seen running northbound on Church Street wearing no clothes.

A clean break: 8:24 a.m. — A group of homeless people were gathering in front of a laundromat on the 600 block of East Victor Road.

Taking bets: 1:59 p.m. — A group of five male juveniles were fighting on the 1900 block of South Hutchins Street.

Visiting is not allowed: 10:59 p.m. — A person on a bike pulled into a driveway of a residence where an elderly lady lives, but no one else was supposed to be there, on the 900 block of West Oak Street.

Tuesday

Comfy cozy: 9:29 a.m. — A person was reportedly camping and sleeping in a blue tarp behind the Save Mart Market on the 1300 block of South Hutchins Street.

Thank you for taking it outside: 11:59 a.m. — People were arguing in a parking lot on the 1300 block of West Lodi Avenue.

The customer is always right: 12:24 p.m. — A customer was hitting the owner of a store on the 0 block of West Lodi Avenue.

Licking its wounds: 3:39 p.m. — An injured cat was reported to be sitting in bushes on the 700 block of East Century Boulevard.

He’s the car alarm: 5:47 p.m. — A dog was reportedly locked in a car for more than half an hour on the 100 block of South School Street.

It’s the Great Pumpkin: 8:50 p.m. — A group of juveniles stole a pumpkin from a neighbor’s house on the 700 block of Alicante Drive.
