Between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday, the Lodi Police Department received 407 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls.

Friday

Craigslist can be sketchy: 8:27 a.m. — A person was in the lobby to report a counterfeit $100 bill they received in a Craigslist exchange for an Xbox.

Caught on video: 9:23 a.m. — An employee would like to show an officer video footage of a subject who continues to steal alcohol from a business in the 500 block of West Lodi Avenue.

Drunk cowboy: 1:16 p.m. — A man in a cowboy hat urinated on a building and was possibly drunk in the 0 block of Downtown Mall.

Couldn't wait for Santa: 4:33 p.m. — There was a delayed theft in the electronics department of a business in the 2300 block of West Kettleman Lane.

Yelling door-to-door salesmen: 5:53 p.m. — Two males were going door-to-door and then were in the street yelling at each other in the 300 block of Meadowlark Way.

Uhh... why are you handcuffed?: 6:58 p.m. — A man was walking down the street with his hands handcuffed behind his back in the 0 block of West Elm Street.

Don't shoot: 8:19 p.m. — A caller believes someone shot a high-powered BB gun at her vehicle while she was driving eastbound on Lockeford Street in the 1200 block of WestLockeford Street.

Ding dong ditch: 8:53 p.m. — Someone rang the caller' door bell, but they do not see anything in the 400 block of Cross Street.

Saturday

Too loud: 12:09 a.m. — There was a loud party complaint in the 1100 block of SouthFairmont Avenue.

Chopping wood?: 2:46 a.m. — A caller heard someone out in the orchard behind her residence pounding on wood at their home in the 2500 block of Melby Drive.

Pitbull attack: 10:07 a.m. — Two loose pitbulls attacked another dog in the 900 block of North Loma Drive.

Hunting misfortune: 11:49 p.m. — A man was in Lodi Memorial Hospital with 40 pellet wounds after a hunting accident in the Comanche area.

Suspicious truck: 3:07 p.m. — A truck tried to pick up a man's 12-year-old daughter in the 400 block of Columbia Drive.

Be careful with your holiday deliveries: 3:54 p.m. — There was a theft of a package from the front door in the 700 block of West Walnut Street.

Angry drunk: 4:25 p.m. — A man broke a window in the alley and was possibly drunk in the 100 block of North School Street.

Not a discreet way to enter a garage: 5:17 p.m. — A person found a hole cut into their garage that was large enough for someone to get through in the 300 block of Watson Street.

Power pole accident: 5:29 p.m. — A vehicle ran into power lines and they fell on top of the car in the 400 block of West Harney Lane.

Scary family feud: 6:28 p.m. — A mother and son were in a verbal argument and the son had a knife in his hand in the 400 block of Almond Drive.

Stabbing: 7:58 p.m. — A man was stabbed in the street in the 400 block of Mendocino Drive.

Gun shots: 8:56 p.m. — Someone heard four gunshots in the 300 block of Cypress Street.

Not a good place to be stuck: 11:34 p.m. — A vehicle was stuck on the railroad track with five passengers in the 2200 block of West Turner Road.

Sunday

Unattended kids: 6:32 a.m. — A 6-year-old and 1-year-old were left unattended in the 500 block of Pioneer Drive.

Reckless driver: 9:38 a.m. — Someone was driving recklessly in the 200 block of North Church Street.

Hello tree: 10:06 a.m. — A man was acting suspicious when he was talking to the trees for a while in the 800 block of Woodrow Street.

Kids will be kids: 11:26 a.m. — Some kids jumped the fence to play soccer on the field in the 800 block of West Lockeford Street and were trespassing on school property.

Tree vandalism: 12:49 p.m. – Someone vandalized the caller's trees in the 400 block of West Elms Street.

And good tidings to all: 12:53 p.m. — There was a theft of a reindeer from a yard in the 700 block of North California Street. According to the logs, the "doe was spared."

DUI: 8:17 p.m. – A male motorcycle was swerving in the 200 block of South Cherokee Lane.

Suspicious flashlight usage: 12:41 a.m. — People with flashlights were walking near city hall in the 200 block of West Pine Street.
