Between the hours of 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday, the Lodi Police Department received 648 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:


Theft: 9:57 a.m. — A rear license plate was stolen on the 1000 block of South Garfield Street.

Fire: 6:43 p.m. — A group of juveniles were playing with fire on the 200 block of Poplar Street.

Vandalism: 9:32 p.m. — Juveniles slashed the tires on a car on the 600 block of North Pleasant Avenue.


Disturbance: 9:33 a.m. — A man was in a fistfight on the 400 block of Almond Drive.

Disturbance: 10:05 a.m. — Someone was harassing customers and refusing to leave on the 200 block of West Lockeford Street.

Disturbance: 6:44 p.m. — Ten to 15 people were throwing around a golf ball that was on fire on the 600 block of North Pleasant Avenue.


Fire: 11:52 a.m. — A fan was on fire in a bathroom on the 200 block of Vineyard Drive.

Vandalism: 2:18 p.m. — A patio was egged on the 400 block of Almond Drive.

Animal call: 9:19 p.m. — An English bulldog got out and was chasing people on the 600 block of West Locus Street.

Disturbance: 9:21 p.m. — A man was throwing trash from trash cans on the 900 block of West Kettleman Lane.


Suspicious: 5:16 p.m. — Someone appeared to be doing drugs under a covered area on the 800 block of South Hutchins Street.

Disturbance: 7:11 p.m. — A taco truck was refusing to leave a property on the 2500 block of South Hutchins Street.

Theft: 9:52 — A car was stolen on the 700 block of South Stockton Street.


Disturbance: 2:35 a.m. — Three men were in a physical fight inside a store on the 200 block of Lockeford Street.
