In the 24 hours since 9 a.m. Wednesday, the Lodi Police Department handled 168 calls for service. The following is a sample of calls received by dispatchers:
10:22 a.m.: Injuries were reported after a vehicle collision at Ham Lane and Lockeford Street.
11:28 a.m.: A blue jay was sick in the 200 block of North Crescent Avenue.
12:25 p.m.: A juvenile on a skateboard jumped into traffic and was almost hit by a car near Emerson Park, 11 N. Hutchins St.
12:41 p.m.: A woman passed out with a beer in her hand in the bushes outside Bed Mart, 788 W. Kettleman Lane.
1:26 p.m.: Someone burglarized a home around noon in the 2300 block of Wintergreen Court.
2:37 p.m.: About 20 juveniles were involved in a dispute in the 600 block of West Vine Street.
2:38 p.m.: Eleven months after a female lost her wallet at Orchard Supply Hardware, 360 S. Cherokee Lane, she reported it to police.
3:25 p.m.: A woman assaulted a 14-year-old boy near Ham Lane and Vine Street while he was on his way home from Lodi Middle School. She

then left the scene.
4:09 p.m.: A Lexington Drive resident received a suspicious e-mail.
5:09 p.m.: Two Honda Accords collided at Beckman Road and Kettleman Lane, and one driver was not insured.
5:47 p.m.: About 60 people were drinking alcohol at Salas Park, 2001 S. Stockton St. Since there were no signs forbidding alcohol, nobody was cited.
6:34 p.m.: A man was selling meat from a white pick-up truck at Forrest and Grant avenues.
6:59 p.m.: Suspects left a stolen 2007 Honda Accord in an apartment complex in the 300 block of South Ham Lane, then headed south in a black Cadillac.
8:03 p.m.: Three people were arguing with the occupants of a Ford Explorer in the intersection of California Street and Daisy Avenue.
8:35 p.m.: A drunken man wearing a red shirt was in front of Starbucks, 111 N. School St. He then proceeded to remove his shirt.
10:43 p.m.: A man in a checkered shirt had been hunched over in a yard for 30 minutes in the 300 block of East Vine Street. He told police he was fine and was waiting for a relative to come home.
3:58 a.m.: A man in a red jumpsuit was dropping plastic bags filled with an unknown substance as he bicycled west on Turner Road near Mills Avenue. Police didn't find the bicyclist or any bags.
7:18 a.m.: Homeless people were taking coins out of the fountain at the Depot, 24 S. Sacramento St.
8:04 a.m.: Someone stole a white 1996 Honda Civic in the 300 block of Elgin Avenue.
8:20 a.m.: A stop sign was facing the wrong way at Stockton and Elm streets.
8:37 a.m.: A woman was leaving her child in a stroller at the top of the stairs while she exercised at the Parking Garage, 2 N. Sacramento St.
