Between the hours of 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday, the Lodi Police Department received 412 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:
Drug use: 9:52 a.m. — A caller’s brother was in the garage doing meth and then coming into the house for a bath on the 500 block of South Sacramento Street.
Theft: 12:48 p.m. — Someone was stealing water from a rental property on the 700 block of Willow Avenue.
Robbery: 6:43 p.m. — Someone stole from a business and hit a security guard while leaving on the 500 block of South Cherokee Lane.
Disturbance: 10:39 a.m. — Three homeless people were building a shed in front of a business on the 300 block of South Main Street.
Disturbance: 2:28 p.m. — There was a verbal argument between an off-duty California Highway Patrol officer and a citizen on the 100 block of North School Street.
Fire: 7:12 p.m. — An electric pole was on fire on the 2000 block of Edgewood Drive.
Disturbance: 8:24 p.m. — A man was running in the street and screaming on the 200 block of Eureka Avenue.
Vehicle violation: 1:56 a.m. — Vehicles were heard racing on the 100 block of Evergreen Drive.
Suspicious activity: 4:18 p.m. — A man was flipping off cars and making threatening gestures on the 2400 block of West Vine Street.
Found property: 4:48 p.m. — Someone found a needle in her yard on the 1100 block of West Turner Road.
Disturbance: 6:32 a.m. — Two males on bikes were going through garbage cans on the 2000 block of Wyndham Way.
